1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Hot Slice / ONIM. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Age-restricted content requires additional age verification.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content
Creators are responsible for the content they publish on the platform, including live streams, products, and messages. Content must not violate applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain prohibited material. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our content guidelines.
By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the platform.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated. The platform retains a service fee on transactions as disclosed in the creator and partner agreements. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Refunds for orders are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.
5. Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@onim.cc. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
